Adrine has been an AEF member for over 5 years and served on the Board of Directors for 3
years. She is currently serving as the Assistant Treasurer and is involved in various AEF
committees. She is also the Treasurer of HDIF-USA, another Armenian nonprofit organization,
helping rural Armenian artisans. Adrine has over 35 years of public and private tax accounting experience, a career starting with Arthur Andersen then continuing with large international corporations. Her industry expertise includes international taxation, financial institutions, high net worth individuals, trusts, public charities and private foundations. She graduated from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting and earned a Masters degree in Business Taxation from the Golden Gate University.
