Hermineh has been an AEF member for over 20 years, and previously served on the Board of Directors for 9 years, stepping down to comply with its term limit rules. She was Board President for three years, Treasurer for five years, and served on a number of AEF committees. Hermineh is a retired partner of Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four international accounting firms, where for twenty - five years she provided financial audit services to international, public and private companies, with extensive experience in SEC filings, IPO services, taking companies private, acquisition due diligence, and operational audits. She was a member of NAREIT and served on the Board of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). She graduated from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelors in Science and a Master’s in Business Administration. Hermineh was the Treasurer of the ANCA-WR Board of Directors for 8 years. Prior to that she served as the co-Chair of ANCA-WR’s “America We Thank You”. She also served on the Board of Armenian American Business Council.
